In accordance with the schedule of reception of citizens in cities and regions by the heads of central executive authorities and other administrative bodies, Ramin Mammadov, Chairman of the State Committee on Affairs with Religious Associations, received citizens in Nakhchivan on November 29.
During the reception, citizens from Nakhchivan city, Babek, Julfa, Kangarli, Ordubad, Sadarak, Shahbuz and Sharur regions applied for permission to create religious education, scripture study courses, provide the mosque with religious literature and other issues.
At the reception held with the participation of the director of the State Agency for Work with Religious Institutions of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan and the heads of the relevant structural units of the State Committee, citizens' appeals and proposals were carefully listened to, and instructions were given to take appropriate measures.
