On September 25, Ramin Mammadov, Chairman of the State Committee on Affairs with Religious Associations, visited the "Juma" mosque in Aghjabedi.
In the meeting with the religious leaders, Ramin Mammadov noted that a sensitive attitude was shown to the preservation of our national and moral values at the state level in our country. Emphasizing the effective results of consistent, purposeful measures implemented under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, he said that this policy has been further developed in accordance with the demands and challenges of the modern era. Emphasizing the importance of educating young people in the national spirit, including the prevention of ideological provocations directed against our country, Chairman of the Committee said that religious leaders also have important responsibilities in this field.
In the meetings, religious leaders expressed their satisfaction with the steps taken in the field of preservation and promotion of our national and moral values in Azerbaijan under the patronage of President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva as a continuation of the policy founded by National Leader Heydar Aliyev. Then, the opinions and suggestions of the participants of the meeting were heard.
